At The VA Experience, I am committed to providing a premium, personalized service that meets the highest standards of excellence. Due to the bespoke nature of my offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed.

For hourly packages, a minimum of 3 hours is required. All hours must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase to maintain availability and ensure a seamless client experience.

In the rare event that I am unable to deliver services as agreed, a refund may be issued at my discretion.
